Maine Medicare Workgroup
MISSION STATEMENT
The Maine Medicare Workgroup will improve access to and delivery of services provided to people with Medicare and/or MaineCare. We will accomplish this by maintaining communication between member organizations, coordinating outreach initiatives, and working together on specific projects. The Workgroup will also address issues related to under-served populations, strive to assure quality of care and appropriateness of services, enhance education and information provided to beneficiaries, and seek to eliminate waste, fraud, and abuse.
The Workgroup oversees the efforts of the Maine Medicare Education Partnership.
