Consumer Information of Prescription Drug Pricing
Pharmacies have posted notices in their pharmacies to inform consumers that they may obtain current usual and customary price information from the pharmacists. Pharmacists are prepared to share information about current usual and customary price information with consumers regarding prescription drug pricing information to consumers. The information is provided for cash customers and, when reasonably obtainable, the price applicable to the consumer. Prices change frequently and the most accurate information will be obtained by phone calls to the pharmacist or in person at the pharmacy. Contact information at www.mainecarepdl.org
