As a person providing care for a loved one, you are faced with an enormous
amount of responsibility and work. Often there are no others there to help
you, and you have little time to take care of your own needs.
Below are some resources which may be helpful. If you are aware of any support
groups, programs or other resources which you feel may be helpful to others, please
contact the Office of Elder Services at OES.Info@maine.gov or call us at 1-800-262-2232
