Maine Medical Center Ambulatory Surgical Facility - Scarborough

The Commissioner approved Maine Medical Center's ambulatory surgical facility on September 19, 2005. During the public comment period the Certificate of Need Unit received comments from Central Maine Medical Center, Mercy Hospital, York Hospital, Maine Medical Center and Consumers for Affordable Health Care. The comments and the Department responses are below:
