Provider Information

Final Regulations Chapter 113, Regulations Governing the Licensing and Functioning of Assisted Living Facilities, will be repealed and replaced, as a result of legislation that created a new umbrella term, "Assisted Housing Programs". In addition, Chapter 121 will be repealed and BEAS proposes to merge Adult Family Care Homes into a new category of small residential care facilities.
