Description of Services:

Living Innovations provides supports throughout the Sate of Maine to adults and children who are diagnosed with a developmental disability.

Our Augusta office currently provides Community Case Management, Community Supports, Shared Living, and Supported Living to people who are 18 years and older. Our case managers work with the consumer, their family and other support team members to identify and coordinate services through the development of a person centered plan. Our goal is to assist and encourage each person to be an active member of the community in which they live. We currently offer services in Kennebec, Somerset, Androscoggin, Oxford and Franklin Counties.

We also offer children’s in home behavioral support services.
