Inclusion comes from the belief that all people have capacities. Getting to know someone and figure out what someone's gift are can be a starting point. There are many tools available to find our own and others capacities. These questions can be the start of a conversation as you assist someone to find their gift to share with a community.

Questions

Have a conversation, have coffee, go for a walk, listen and ask questions.

Some Questions to ask and listen to

1. If you were to be given an award what would it be for?

2. What would your best friend say you are really good at?

3. If you could do anything what would you do?

4. Is there something new you have always wanted to try or do?

All of these types of questions help us to get to know the real someone. You can develop and try out variations of these or find new ones.
