This two-day, hands-on workshop will provide an introduction to stream survey techniques and concepts associated with ecologically sound stream crossings. Day One will include field training on information to collect and how to collect it, and Day Two will consist of class time on field data analysis and tools to develop initial designs for ecologically sound stream crossings.

Target Audience:
It is expected that workshop participants have some stream survey experience and work directly on road projects as forestry managers, municipal public works managers, civil engineers, surveyors, and natural resource agency staff.

Credits:
Workshop attendees may be eligible for Forestry Continuing Education Credits (CEUs), DEP Voluntary Contractor Certification CEUs, and Engineering CEUs. Please note, this is a two-day workshop and you will be responsible for your own accommodations. Attendance on both days is required.

Space is limited for these two-day workshops, we will only be accepting registrations for up to 35 attendees. There will be a waiting list established once that limit is reached, and in the event of a registrant cancelling, members of the waiting list will be contacted in the order in which they were listed.
