Application Fees

Licensing Fee Schedule. State law requires DEP to establish and publish schedules detailing fees charged for each type of license and permit application we accept as well as the time within which an individual should expect a licenses decision to be made. The following schedules are those currently in effect.

DEP Licensing Fee Schedule effective November 1, 2007 to October 31, 2008 (includes Solid Waste)

Septage

• Application for a Municipal Septage Management License

Application for Renewal of a Septage Land Application Site License

• Application to Transfer a Septage Land Application Site and/or Septage Storage Site
