CHEMICAL USE IN CHILDREN'S PRODUCTS
The Board of Environmental Protection is seeking public comment on the following proposed rules:
- Chapter 880 - Regulation of Chemical Use in Children's Products; and (MS Word format) (pdf format)
- Chapter 881 Fees; Chemical Use in Children's Products (MS Word format) (pdf format)
The board will convene a public hearing on the rule at 10:30 am, December 17, 2009, at the Holiday Inn (Ground Round) on Civic Center Drive in Augusta, Maine. The deadline for written comments is 5 pm, January 11, 2010. Comments may be submitted by mail, e-mail or fax to:
