By taking a one-day “Lead-Smart Renovator” course you can:

  • Learn how to protect yourself and others from lead poisining
  • Learn how to keep a lead-safe environment

  • Qualify to work on federally-assisted housing under HUD’s “Lead-Safe Housing Regulation” (24 CFR Part 35)
  • Meet OSHA lead in construction and respiratory protection training requirements

  • Learn how to comply with the latest state and federal lead rules
  • Receive a wallet card to show that you have successfully completed a
