Stakeholder Meetings Spring 2009

GROUND RULES

1. Start on time – End on time
2. Everyone participates, silence implies consent
3. We talk about what is on the agenda
4. We are all here to get work done
5. Different voices are welcome/All voices are valued
6. No side conversations
7. Raise hands to indicate need to speak/wait to speak until called on.
8. Say what you need to say, but please limit air time to 1-2 minutes.
9. Consensus of the group is desirable, however consensus is not required, nor is it a goal of the stakeholder process.
10. Summaries of each meeting will be sent to participants with an opportunity to correct mistakes and then will be posted to the website for reference.
