Materials for filing the 2008 Biennial Pollution Prevention Progress Reports are available in two types of formats-native Microsoft Word and Excel format, which can be electronically submitted, and Adobe pdf format. If you have trouble viewing any files please contact Jim Rodrigue.

 

Native Microsoft Word and Excel format

This compressed file contains all the instructions, progress report forms, and waste minimization codes in their native Microsoft Word and Excel formats. Report forms in Excel spreadsheet format can be filed electronically by e-mail.
