ATSDR (Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry, also a good site for finding chemical specific information including public health statements, health effects, human exposure, and chemical use and physical data)

CARB (California Air Resources Board, good list of informative chemical fact sheets that have info on emission sources, atmospheric persistence, and health effects)
