Nordic Aquafarms' MEPDES/WDL Application - Staff Recommendation/Draft Board Order
Comment deadline: September 14, 2020
The Department staff's recommended decision (in the form of a draft Board order) on Nordic's Maine Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (MPDES) and Waste Discharge License (WDL) application is available for public comment. Under provisions of Chapter 3, § 27(B) of the Departments rules, the draft decision must be made available for comment for at least 15 working days. In this instance, comment will be accepted for 30 calendar days. The deadline for comment is Monday, September 14, 2020 at 5:00 p.m.
