EPA Proposed Approval of Maine's Revised Underground Storage Tank Program

The Maine State Underground Storage Tank (UST) program applied to the Environmental Protection Agency for approval of revisions to its UST program. The EPA has determined that the revisions to the Maine UST program satisfy all requirements for approval. The EPA has published a Proposed Rule and Direct Final Rule in the Federal Register dated October 3, 2019.
