Sustainable Water Use Rulemaking -- Background Studies
In the process of developing the draft rules, the Department worked closely with other interested state agencies, including the Department of Agriculture, the Department of Conservation, the Department of Human Services, and the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife. Geologists from the Maine Geological Survey provided technical support and prepared the following studies.
