A Guide to Forming Road Associations

York County Soil and Water Conservation District. Assisted by: Kennebec County Soil & Water Conservation District Androscoggin Valley Soil & Water Conservation District.

This manual is intended as a resource for private road residents who would like to improve planning for and implementation of successful road maintenance programs. Forming a road association can provide a way to formally manage roads in an organized and economical manner, while also protecting lake and pond water quality.
