Welcome to the Maine Stream Team Program "Stream Tour" Slide Show.
The Stream Tour Slide Show is intended to provide some basic background information about streams, stream organisms, watersheds, and pollution. Details about the various topics have purposely been left out. Slides typically consist of a photograph or illustration at the top of the page and some helpful notes at the bottom of the page. The Stream Tour Slide Show is comprised of thirteen main slides along with six optional slides (most of the photographs are in the second half of the presentation). For more complete information about the topics covered in these slides, please refer to the suggested weblinks and readings listed on the last slide of the show. Notes about additions to the slide show will be posted at the bottom of this page.
