In order to submit data to Plant Watch, you must first register for the program. Your personal information will be kept confidential, and your email address will be used to send important program updates.
Register for Plant Watch
When registering for Plant Watch, please include the following information:
- Your First and Last Name
- Your Mailing Address, including City, State, and ZIP
- Your Email Address
- Your Phone Number
- Your School, Business, or Organization (if applicable)
- How you Heard about Plant Watch
Please email this information to plantwatch with the words "Plant Watch" in the subject line.

Submit your Observations
Once you have registered for Plant Watch, there are several ways to submit your observations:
- Photocopy the form at the centerfold of your Field Guide, fill out all pertinent information, and mail it to:

- Download the form in excel format, fill out all pertinent information, and email it to Stefany Gregoire with the words "Plant Watch" in the subject line.
- Email Stefany Gregoire with the following information:
- Your Name
- Name of Plant
- Location where it was seen (GPS data is optional)
- Date it first bloomed
