Air Emission Licensing

The Licensing section of the Air Bureau writes air emission licenses smoke stacks for air emission sources throughout the state. Licensing staff are also available to answer licensing questions. The following links provide information on how to obtain an air emission license, and resources such as lists of currently licensed sources and links to current licenses.
