Celebrate Clean Air!
Join us in a Walk for Clean Air on Wednesday, April 30, 2008. Maine DEP, DOT and DHHS will host this event celebrating our achievements in cleaning Maine’s air and promoting awareness about the connections between clean air, walking and biking and health. We invite your organization to participate in this event. We will gather at Capital Park (next to the new YMCA) in Augusta at 11:30 on April 30, enjoy speakers from the three state agencies, and encourage attendees to go out and explore the Kennebec River Rail Trail.
