2013 Proposed Program Statement/Rule Making
The 2013 CDBG Proposed Program Statement can now be viewed by selecting the link below. The rule-making notice will be published in major Maine daily newspapers on Wednesday, September 19, 2012. A Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, October 10, 2012 at 11:00 AM at the DECD office -(Burton Cross Building, 3rd Floor, 111 Sewall Street, Augusta, Maine 04330). The purpose of the Public Hearing is to solicit comment on the proposed Program Statement. Persons wishing to submit comments in writing are encouraged to do so, by submitting correspondence to Deborah Johnson, Director at the above address or via email: Deborah.Johnson@maine.gov on or before 4:00 PM, October 20, 2012.
