State Rule-making On Hold
Governor Paul R. LePage has signed an Executive Order effective January 10, 2011 which requires a review of all state agency rule-making. This includes the Community For Maine's Future Bond Program (CFMF). The CFMF Rule-making Notice was scheduled to be published on January 12, 2011 but will be postponed pending the rule-making review.
