Ordering Geologic Maps and Publications by Fax
- Fill out an order form.
- Use the Maps and Publications Search to find the publication number.
- Use the Publications Order Form (PDF 0.5MB) to enter the items. Print the form.
- Provide your credit card information in the space provided on the form. Review the Payment Policy.
- Fax to Maine Geological Survey at 207-287-2353.
