On Tuesday July 22nd, the Androscoggin Valley Council of Governments (AVCOG), the Kennebec Council of Governments (KVCOG), the Land Use Planning Commission (LUPC), and the Somerset Economic Development Corporation (SEDC) will be holding the second meeting on the community guided planning and zoning project for unorganized territories and townships in Franklin and Somerset Counties. The purpose of these meetings is to determine overall regional interest and to develop a framework for the community guided planning and zoning process in Western Maine.
