The Juvenile Justice Advisory Group is soliciting proposals for
- Community-based, Delinquency Prevention projects

- Alternatives to Detention (#200807263 )
- Alternatives to School Suspension and Expulsion (#200807264 )
Non-profit organizations and units of municipal, county or
state government are eligible to apply.
To obtain a complete RFP and application kit:
A Bidders Conference will be held on August 12, 2008, 9:00 to
10:00 AM, Elkins Bldg. Elkins Training Center Room 110, Augusta
ME.
Proposals are due at the State of Maine Division of Purchases,
Burton M. Cross State Office Building 4th floor, 9 State House
Station, 111 Sewall Street, Augusta, ME 04333-0009 on September
15, 2008, no later than 2PM, when they will be opened.
Questions
about these RFPs must submitted in writing. The
deadline for written questions is August
27,
2008. The
Department will respond in writing no later than
August 29, 2008 to all substantive
questions received. Questions and answers will
also be posted to this website.
