You may still continue to call in for an appointment, but if you chose to use this new method, please include the following information in your e-mail:

The prisoner’s name
The visitor’s name(s)
The date and time of the requested visit
A telephone number where you can be reached if we need to talk with you

All emailed visit requests must be sent at least seven (7) days in advance of the requested visit.

You will receive an automatic acknowledgement; however, this is not a visit confirmation.The Visit Desk will respond to let you know if your visit is confirmed or denied. A confirmation e-mail or an e-mail requesting more information will be sent to you within 2-3 business days.

If you have any questions, please call the visit phone during operational hours or send your questions by e-mail.

This new process is intended for individuals who have already been through the approval process. Applications to become an approved visitor are not accepted via e-mail. You can download the application from this website, but you must print it, sign it, and mail it to:
