The first document is the Budget Overview, which lays out the Governors long range vision for the states fiscal plan for the next several years. This document also summarizes state revenues and where they come from, recommendations for appropriations or spending in both the General Fund and Highway Fund, changes in the number of state positions, an overview of state debts and a listing of capital projects that agencies have requested be funded.
You can move around in this document easily by using the Adobe bookmark functions that you will see when you open the document.
In Adobe Reader version 9, there will be several icons along the left-hand side of the screen in an open document. The first icon appears as a picture of a page. If you click that icon, images of each page in the document will appear in the left-hand column. You can jump from one page to another just by clicking on one of those images.
