• December 1, 2008 – Revenue Forecasting Committee lowers General Fund projections by $329,863,633;
• January 9, 2009 – Governor submits Biennial Budget recommendations;
• May 1, 2009 – Revenue Forecasting Committee lowers General Fund projections again by $439,863,052;
• May 27-28, 2009 – Legislature enacts and Governor signs Biennial Budget;
