Welcome to the Bureau of the Budget

The Bureau of the Budget provides budget and position planning, analysis and control in support of gubernatorial objectives and legislative intent. This website provides information for State of Maine employees who work on the budget as well as general information on the Governor's budget for the public.

 

The Governor's Change Package to the 2010-2011 Biennial Budget and Change Package to the Fiscal Year 2009 Budget, proposed May 1, 2009, are available to view online.

 

The Governor's Proposed Spending Plan - Health-Related Stimulus Monies/General Fund is available to view online. - March 27, 2009

 

Please note that the Budget Office will not be producing printed copies of budget recommendations.
