Welcome to the State Training & Organizational Development's Higher Education site. This page is designed to make information on higher education opportunities readily available to state employees. The educational resources listed on this page are ones that have the greatest potential to meet the needs of our workforce. In addition to local universities, web-based or on-line programs will also be listed. Emphasis is placed on "Capital Campus," as it is designed specifically for Maine State employees. Other resources will be added to this site as we become aware of them. Programs and classes are listed by the educational institution that offers them. If you are interested in any of these opportunities, talk with your personnel officer about your department's policy on tuition reimbursement. Inquiries about a specific class or program should be directed to the appropriate educational institution.
