Course description: From developing a "Request For Proposal" (RFP) through effectively administering a contract, this one-day workshop is essential for those who deal with the contracting process. Other topics will include the appeal process, sole source contracting, and the appropriate use of temporary employment services. This session is primarily designed for people without extensive contracting experience, however, anyone who has questions or needs an overview of the process will benefit from taking this course as a refresher.
