The program is mandatory for all new employees within the first three months of hire (although it is recommended that new employees attend within their first month of hire). Orientations are generally scheduled the first Monday of every month.
Employees can only be enrolled by HR Officers or Service Center HR personnel.

Time: Classes are held from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
