With changes swirling all around State Government, this interactive workshop will provide participants with practical information and actionable tools to lead employees through change. Often times the business process that needs to be changed is clear, however, implementing the change, getting people to change behaviors, managing the people side of the change, never effectively manifests itself. Learn how to avoid the common traps and pitfalls that cause many change initiatives to miss their objectives, suffer significant productivity losses or sometimes completely fail. Participants will leave with a plan of action they can begin to implement almost immediately. It is all about knowing how to help people to get from one trapeze bar to the other.
