Management Preparations for Arbitration

Audience: MMS (non-bargaining unit employees only)

Session outcome:  By the end of this session participant will have understanding of their role and responsibility and practice in preparing a case for arbitration.

This session will focus on development of management skills necessary to prepare for arbitration. The session will cover: 

  1. Management role and responsibility in the Arbitration process
  2. Fact vs. fiction
  3. Defining and identifying “Hearsay”
  4. Establishment of proof
