The Office of State Training & Organizational Development presents the following program offerings.  It is our intention to provide a diverse menu of opportunities for continuous learning and skill acquisition.

Programs listed in this catalog may be provided to intact work groups upon request. In addition, the Office of State Training & Organizational Development can design or tailor training programs for any workgroup. We also provide organizational consultations, executive, and performance coaching, and meeting facilitation.

Any of these services can be delivered by our Human Resource Development Staff, or by a consultant from our qualified vendor list. Agencies can access the services of these private consultants by contacting the Office of State Training & Organizational Development.
