Better, Faster, Cheaper is based on the award-winning change process featured in Ken Miller’s book The Change Agent’s Guide to Radical Improvement. This fast-paced, hands-on workshop teaches the ideas, methods, and tools associated with HOW TO ACHIEVE radically improve government performance. Participants will leave with an understanding of the tools and techniques to find improvement opportunities, how to make the changes and create buy-in. Attendees will intuitively see the 80% improvement opportunity inside every process.

Pre-requisite: Must have attended the ½ day Leading Change in State Government workshop in order to participate in this 1 ½ day workshop.
