- Getting grounded: – who and where are you?
- Understanding your value to the organization
- What do I do that is unique in the organization?
- What do I do/see/understand that others don’t? TKI assessment
- What particular attributes to you bring personally?
- What do I find most fulfilling about my work?
- What drives me the craziest about my work? What’s the one thing I would change if I could
- What are my career goals
Key skills: Adaptability, problem-solving, people skills, juggling many things at once, knowing who is the “go to” person

Session 2
I. Developing Trust

- Revisit the "what are my contributions to this organization?"
