This seminar is two half-day sessions. By the end of the sessions participants will learn and practice . . .

Session 1
  • Getting grounded: – who and where are you?
  • Understanding your value to the organization
  • What do I do that is unique in the organization?
  • What do I do/see/understand that others don’t? TKI assessment
  • What particular attributes to you bring personally?
  • What do I find most fulfilling about my work?
  • What drives me the craziest about my work?  What’s the one thing I would change if I could
  • What are my career goals

Key skills: Adaptability, problem-solving, people skills, juggling many things at once, knowing who is the “go to” person

Session 2

I. Developing Trust

II. Pulling it together
  • Revisit the "what are my contributions to this organization?"
  • What "feeds" me in my work?
  • What drives me crazy? - What's the one thing I would change?
