Each participant will receive the book Crucial Conversations: Tools for Talking When Stakes are High (2002) written by Kerry Patterson, Joseph Grenny, Ron McMillan and Al Switzler. The curricula is developed using tools to deal with life's most difficult and important conversations.

You will learn how to:

Address difficult conversations with sharp techniques
Work from a place of comfort to develop high level dialogue
Develop environment that encourage honesty
Persuasive, Positive

Intended Audience:

This is an advanced communication course intended for supervisors, managers and leaders.
