HOW WILL Aspen LMS HELP EMPLOYEES?

Online registration and approval

You can log onto the system via the web, search the course catalog and enroll online. Your supervisor will receive notification on Outlook and can approve your training request online.

Comprehensive training records

With the web interface, you and your manager can easily collaborate to develop training plans and a training schedule. Aspen LMS will maintain a comprehensive history of your planned and completed training regardless of how many times you change jobs or organizations.

HOW WILL Aspen LMS HELP TRAINING DEPARTMENTS?

Catalog management

Information for State sponsored courses from ST&OD will be on the web-based Course Catalog. In addition, agency specific training courses will be viewable on the web with appropriate levels of security. As a result, employees will view only those courses available to them.

New reporting capabilities

No more searching for training data in multiple locations! Training statistics currently maintained manually or in homegrown systems will be available at many organizational levels.
