PUBLIC SERVICE EXECUTIVE
- Articulates
a broad direction and vision of a desired future state and creates measurable
milestones and final goals for that future state.
- Develops and
communicates compelling strategies that include cross-departmental solutions
to constituent needs.
- Maintains the
commitment of self and others to the vision of Maine State Government regardless
of challenge or difficulty.
- Conveys the
mission of Maine State Government in a manner that captures the imagination
of others.
