- Creates action
plans for self and others that bring group efforts into accordance with
departmental or Maine State Government policy despite the challenges
this may present.
- Models taking
personal accountability for results or mistakes by openly admitting a mistake
and not placing blame.
- Follows through
on supporting efforts of subordinates when they are right, even if it means
adopting an unpopular position.
PUBLIC SERVICE EXECUTIVE
- Creates and upholds policy and procedures that are in accordance with
Maine State Government’s expressed beliefs and commitments.
- Adheres to the
communicated vision of Maine State Government when making all policy decisions.
- Creates policy
that serves the interests of the ultimate customer regardless of social,
organizational, or political pressure.
- Select and reward
managers and project leaders who demonstrate integrity in the face of adversity.
