We have created links to the many organizations and partners who serve State of Maine members. As you may know we have recently introduced a new voluntary group long term care program through Aetna. We hope to offer other voluntary benefits and services during the next year and we’ll use this site to keep you informed.

In addition to providing members with basic information about your benefits we will be trying to help you become a more informed consumer. One of our priorities is to ensure that employees, retirees and their families have access to health care providers who deliver the highest quality of care. We will constantly be looking for new information and tools we can share with you to help you make good healthcare choices.

We are members of the Maine Health Management Coalition, a partnership of Maine employers, hospitals, physician groups, and health plans. The Coalition is committed to measuring and improving the value of healthcare services delivered to the citizens of Maine. The Coalition is involved in several innovative projects to measure and report the performance of Maine physicians and hospitals.
