Responsible for all financial reporting, which is prepared by the State Controller, Deputy State Controller, and cash forecasting; State accounting policies and procedures that are developed, monitored and subject to be reviewed and approved by the Controller; developing and monitoring State travel and expense policy; Federal Tax Reporting; US Census Reporting; and preparation of the Comprehensive Annual Report.
