Phytosanitary Certificate Fee Schedule

Fees charged for issuing phytosanitary certificates will increase on October 1, 2009, October 1, 2010 and October 1, 2011. Below is a list of the fees for each certificate.

Fees for Commercial Shipments

Commercial shipments are shipments where the value of the products to be shipped are greater then $1250

October 1, 2010 to September 30, 2011 $104
October 1, 2011 $106

 

Fees for Non-Commercial Shipments

Non-commercial shipments are shipments where the value of the products to be shipped are less than or equal to $1250

Fees for Replacing Any Certificate

Administrative Fee for Federal Phytosanitary Certificates

In addition to these fees for issuing the certificate there is an administrative fee paid directly to USDA when issuing a federal phytosanitary certificate for international exports. In order to collect this fee exporters will need to set up an account with USDA in PCIT (Phytosanitary Issuance and Tracking System). If you do not have a PCIT account we can help you set one up.
