Exam application
ATTENTION!
Commercial Master and Operator Examinees: You must complete pages 1 and 2 of the exam application. Remember: You need to take a category exam for each type of application you perform or anticipate performing. Visit commercial applicator license categories for a list of commercial applicator categories.
Once your completed application and all fees are received, you will receive the Regulations Exam Study Manual and your examination date by mail. There is usually a 3 - 4 week waiting period for master examinations from the time the completed application is received. During our "peak" examination season, March through May, the waiting period for a master examination may be 8 weeks or more.
