Pine Tree Development Zone Credit Program
A tax credit available to certified businesses that plan to enter or
expand into a Pine Tree Development Zone, as defined by the Department
of Economic and Community Development (DECD). The income tax credit under this program may not be combined with the income tax credit under the Media Production Credit under section 5219-Y.
